Terms of use for the site: Nekretnine.rs (hereinafter: site) owned by the Company

1) The ad containing links to other sites dealing with real estate advertising or similar contentshall be removed.

2) The user guarantees that he or she is the author of the photos posted. In the event of a third party statement of claim for copyright protection of a posted photograph, the user who submitted the disputed photograph shall be obliged to provide full legal protection to the Company and any indemnify any possible damage sustained.

3) Users of the site who has submitted a photo, agrees that the Company can use it for other publications.

4) Ads (text and photos), which do not belong to the field of real estate, shall be removed from the site.

5) Ads that are not in accordance with legal regulations (offensive, immoral, etc.) in particular in contravention with the provisions of the Law on Advertising, shall be removed from the site.

6) Unauthorized use or download of content, or part of the site, without permission of the Company shall be considered a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights.

7) The Company is not responsible for the content of other sites that have links to them on this site.

These links exist in the interests of users of the site and their fasted implementation of target information.
