The building is secured by video surveillance and at the entrance the building is additionally secured by a porter. The apartment is available immediately.

Sun City, a luxurious residential complex is located in Block 63, in a dynamic part of New Belgrade, which during the last two decades has become focused on the business of leading foreign and domestic companies. The infrastructure is exceptional, in the immediate vicinity there is a health center, TC Piramida, TC Delta City, primary schools, kindergartens, cafes and larger markets.

Monthly utilities 250 euros.

The rent is 1400 per month + utilities. The contract is signed for a minimum of one year. When signing the contract, a deposit in the amount of one rent is paid, which is returned when the tenants leave the apartment, and the deposit serves to cover costs in the event that something is damaged in the apartment or if the bills are not paid.
