I am selling a floating house on the Sava River, from the New Belgrade side, 9 km from the tram terminus (2.5 km after the Ostruznica Bridge), in the Savska Krivaja neighborhood, just a few minutes from New Belgrade and 2 km from Jakovo. The floating house is sold with an adjacent plot. The total area of both plots is about 9 ares. The floating house also has a concrete area by the river (beach) measuring 20x5 m, as well as a corresponding floating raft on pontoons measuring 6x4 m. Additionally, the floating house has an organized parking area measuring 20x15 m. It has city water, electricity, and technical water. Below the house, there is a brick barbecue, a summer kitchen, two storage rooms, and a furnished bathroom.
