For sale is an industrial plot in an attractive location along the Belgrade - Subotica highway, in close proximity to the Novi Sad North interchange, with a total area of 6,856 m2. In reality, these are three connected cadastral parcels in the KO Novi Sad IV (western zone, unit 1 - Forest) as follows: 1) cadastral parcel 119/7 with an area of 4620 m2; 2) cadastral parcel 119/8 with an area of 1625 m2; 3) cadastral parcel 119/9 with an area of 611 m2.
