I am renting a one-and-a-half-room furnished apartment in Višnjicka Banja. The apartment is 30 sqm, has a separate smaller bedroom, and is located on the ground floor of the building with its own entrance.

By car, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center; nearby are bus lines: 32, 32e, 32n, 35.

Monthly costs: utility bills around 800 din; electricity based on consumption.

Heating is via electric storage heater.

A deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
