The complex consists of 3 buildings, all three of which have their own yard and swimming pool. The hotel, located at the entrance to the complex, has a gross area of 450 m2. It contains 4 furnished apartments and one studio apartment for staff on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped restaurant with a kitchen that has sufficient capacity for the needs of the entire complex, which can also function as an ''a la carte'' restaurant.
In the yard on the ground floor there is a swimming pool and a pergola with planted greenery. The apartments are furnished and fully equipped.
The complex has its own parking lot. All buildings are built in accordance with high construction standards and made of the highest quality materials, such as first-class ceramics from the Italian manufacturer Florim, Villeroy Boch sanitary ware, Dornbracht and Hansgrohe sanitary equipment, parquet, aluminum exterior joinery, interior doors of top quality and design.
The exterior facade is made of Maljat stone, which is one of the highest quality due to its characteristics. The courtyard is paved with natural stone.
