Villa La Tout is a modern 250 m2 villa with spacious terraces, set on a private 10,000 m2 estate above Lake Skadar. Located at approximately 400 meters above sea level, the property enjoys a peaceful natural setting with open views of the lake and surrounding mountains.







The villa is arranged over two levels and can accommodate up to eight guests, or up to twelve when all bunk beds are used. The lower level is clad in local stone and features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One of the rooms, thanks to its large window overlooking the lake, can also serve as a study or additional living space. An extra guest bathroom is also located on this floor.



The upper level includes a spacious living room with large glass surfaces and panoramic lake views, a fully equipped kitchen, and the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The living area opens onto a veranda with a dining table and seating area, as well as two additional terraces.







Guests have access to an infinity pool, private driveway with parking for several vehicles, Wi-Fi internet, internet connected TV, central air conditioning, and heating with individual temperature control in every room. The villa also features a 40,000-liter underground water cistern.







The property is ideal for guests seeking privacy, tranquility, and a nature-oriented stay, while still enjoying convenient access to central Montenegro and the coast.



The house was completed in 2014 and was nominated the same year for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture Mies van der Rohe Award which is the second most prestigious architectural award in the world.



Kind reminder that the house is not suitable for children younger than 12, unless under strict adult supervision, because of ground conformation and architectural specifications.



Driving time to Podgorica and Podgorica Airport is approximately 25 minutes, while Cetinje can be reached in around 15 minutes.
