Predlo\u017eena re\u0161enja predvi\u0111aju pove\u0107anje ukupne izgra\u0111ene povr\u0161ine na oko 190.000 kvadrata, u odnosu na pribli\u017eno 137.000 koliko danas postoji, uz pro\u0161irenje stambenih i komercijalnih sadr\u017eaja u zoni prema Slaviji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Multicentri i rast stambenog fonda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U blokovima bli\u017ee Slaviji planirano je formiranje nekoliko me\u0161ovitih urbanih celina na povr\u0161ini od oko 1,65 hektara. Re\u010d je o modelu u kome se stanovanje kombinuje sa poslovanjem, pre svega u prizemnim eta\u017eama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz rekonstrukciju postoje\u0107ih objekata, planirana je i izgradnja novih stambeno-poslovnih zgrada, \u010dime bi ovaj deo grada dobio dodatnih 389 stanova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U posebnoj zoni komercijalnih sadr\u017eaja, povr\u0161ine oko 0,28 hektara, predvi\u0111eno je zadr\u017eavanje objekta ambasade Svete Stolice, uz mogu\u0107nost njegove adaptacije ili pro\u0161irenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ograni\u010denja visine i novi objekat SPC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Urbanisti\u010dki parametri defini\u0161u maksimalnu visinu objekata do oko 32 metra, odnosno do 37 metara slemena, \u0161to odgovara spratnosti do P+8 sa povu\u010denim spratom ili potkrovljem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plan uklju\u010duje i izgradnju novog parohijskog doma, koji \u0107e zameniti postoje\u0107i objekat iz 2004. godine.
