Od ve\u0107 otvorenih gara\u017ea i parkirali\u0161ta do objekata u izgradnji i planiranih lokacija, grad poku\u0161ava da odgovori na dugogodi\u0161nji problem nedostatka parking mesta.<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj talas ulaganja obuhvata period od 2024. do 2026. godine i po obimu predstavlja jedan od najve\u0107ih zahvata u ovoj oblasti u poslednjim decenijama.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160ta je ve\u0107 zavr\u0161eno i u funkciji<\/h2>\n<p>U prethodnom periodu otvoreno je vi\u0161e objekata koji su ve\u0107 u upotrebi i donose dodatni kapacitet u delovima grada gde je pritisak na parking najve\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Podzemna gara\u017ea kod hale Pinki u Zemunu ve\u0107 je dostupna korisnicima i raspola\u017ee sa 150 mesta.<\/strong> Na Novom Beogradu zavr\u0161ena su nova parkirali\u0161ta u blokovima 61, 62, 63 i 64, \u010dime je obezbe\u0111eno oko 440 novih mesta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paralelno su realizovani i manji projekti u razli\u010ditim delovima grada, uklju\u010duju\u0107i lokacije poput Vidin kapije, Banjice i prostora kod pijace Merkator.<\/strong> Uz dodatne intervencije na vi\u0161e punktova, ukupno je otvoreno jo\u0161 nekoliko stotina parking mesta.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010detkom 2026. godine upotrebnu dozvolu dobila je i nadzemna gara\u017ea u okviru kompleksa \u017eelezni\u010dke stanice Beograd centar u Prokopu, \u010dime je dodatno oja\u010dan kapacitet u jednom od va\u017enih saobra\u0107ajnih \u010dvori\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF; Re\u010d je o objektu sa \u010detiri podzemne eta\u017ee i skoro 300 parking mesta, uz planirano ure\u0111enje parka na povr\u0161ini iznad gara\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Na Vra\u010daru, u Skerli\u0107evoj ulici, gradi se gara\u017ea ispod platoa kod Narodne biblioteke. <strong>Ovaj objekat sa tri podzemna nivoa i vi\u0161e od 350 mesta deo je \u0161ireg ure\u0111enja prostora oko Hrama Svetog Save i namenjen je kako stanarima, tako i posetiocima ovog dela grada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Radovi su u toku i na Autokomandi, gde se gradi parkirali\u0161te sa oko 140 mesta, dok je u Savamali, kod hotela Bristol, zapo\u010deta izgradnja jedne od najve\u0107ih podzemnih gara\u017ea u gradu. Ovaj objekat ima oko 450 mesta i planirano je da bude zavr\u0161en tokom 2026. godine.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_lsBtzJWJ5k?si=tXcxz61EKpkvqQG4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Projekti koji su planirani, ali jo\u0161 nisu po\u010deli<\/p>\n<p>Pored objekata u izgradnji, deo projekata nalazi se u fazi planiranja, bez jasno definisanih rokova za po\u010detak radova.<\/p>\n<p>Na Dor\u0107olu je predvi\u0111ena izgradnja podzemne gara\u017ee ispod pijace Bajloni, kao deo \u0161ire rekonstrukcije tog prostora. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nekretnine.rs\/news\/trziste-nekretnina\/infrastruktura-i-javni-objekti\/beogradska-transformacija-nove-podzemne-garaze-i-parkovi-12392\/\">Jo\u0161 jedna gara\u017ea planirana je u okviru Sportskog centra 25. maj, tako\u0111e u ovom delu grada.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Za ove projekte za sada nisu objavljeni precizni rokovi, ali su deo \u0161ire strategije pove\u0107anja kapaciteta u centralnim gradskim zonama.<\/p>\n<h2>Kako se menja slika parkinga u Beogradu<\/h2>\n<p>Aktuelni projekti ukazuju na promenu pristupa u re\u0161avanju problema parkiranja. Umesto pojedina\u010dnih intervencija, grad razvija mre\u017eu gara\u017ea i parkirali\u0161ta raspore\u0111enih u razli\u010ditim zonama, posebno u delovima gde je pritisak najve\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Uvo\u0111enje novih kapaciteta u centralnim op\u0161tinama, ali i na Novom Beogradu i klju\u010dnim saobra\u0107ajnim ta\u010dkama, ima za cilj da smanji optere\u0107enje ulica i omogu\u0107i organizovaniji sistem parkiranja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beograd je u\u0161ao u intenzivan investicioni ciklus u oblasti parking infrastrukture, koji obuhvata vi\u0161e desetina projekata u razli\u010ditim fazama realizacije.
