Dok u Beogradu cene prelaze 1.000 evra mese\u010dno za pojedine stanove, u drugim urbanim centrima zakup ostaje znatno pristupa\u010dniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najnoviji podaci za mart ukazuju na usporavanje rasta, ali razlike u cenama i dalje ostaju klju\u010dni faktor za zakupce i investitore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beograd: kirije od 200 do preko 1.000 evra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nekretnine.rs\/stambeni-objekti\/stanovi\/izdavanje-prodaja\/izdavanje\/grad\/beograd\/lista\/po-stranici\/10\/\">U Beogradu prose\u010dna tra\u017eena cena zakupa<\/a> iznosi 14,45 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, ali konkretni oglasi pokazuju znatno \u0161iri raspon.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Najmanji stanovi mogu se na\u0107i ve\u0107 od oko 230 do 300 evra u perifernim delovima grada, dok se garsonjere u \u0161irem centru kre\u0107u od 400 do 700 evra<\/strong>. U novogradnji i atraktivnim lokacijama cene malih stanova dosti\u017eu i oko 1.000 evra, dok pojedini oglasi prelaze i taj nivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za ve\u0107e stanove, posebno dvosobne, cena zakupa<\/a> iznosi 9,98 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, a oglasi pokazuju relativno stabilan i predvidiv raspon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Garsonjere se u proseku izdaju za oko 270 do 320 evra, dok se jednosobni i manji stanovi kre\u0107u oko 400 do 500 evra.<\/strong> Dvosobni stanovi naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su u rasponu od 500 do 750 evra, \u0161to je i dalje zna\u010dajno manje nego u naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e izdaju u rasponu od 300 do 550 evra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jasna razlika izme\u0111u tr\u017ei\u0161ta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podaci iz oglasa pokazuju da u Srbiji trenutno postoje tri cenovna nivoa zakupa. <strong>Beograd prednja\u010di sa najvi\u0161im cenama i najve\u0107im rasponom, Novi Sad dr\u017ei srednji nivo uz stabilizaciju tr\u017ei\u0161ta,
