Zvu\u010di kao klikbejt, ali Grado je realno mesto koje ve\u0107ina kupaca iz Srbije jednostavno nikad nije stavila na radar. Lagunsko ostrvo u Furlaniji, sa 7.500 stanovnika i austrougarskim nasledjem, dr\u017ei prose\u010dnu cenu od 3.632 evra po kvadratu i apsolutni je rekorder provincije Gorica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najjeftinija op\u0161tina u istoj provinciji stoji na 756 evra. Stan od 62 kvadrata sa terasom i liftom nudi se za 128.000 evra, na 2.065 evra po kvadratu,&nbsp; trenutno jedan od boljih odnosa u aktivnoj ponudi.
