Me\u0111utim, prilazi, zidovi, nose\u0107i elementi, hodnici i instalacije koje slu\u017ee ve\u0107em broju korisnika naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e predstavljaju zajedni\u010dke delove zgrade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Punja\u010d za elektri\u010dni automobil u zgradi nije samo stvar vlasnika gara\u017enog mesta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vlasnik zato mo\u017ee da koristi svoje gara\u017eno mesto, ali nema automatsko pravo da bu\u0161i zajedni\u010dke zidove, samostalno otvara razvodne ormare ili provla\u010di kablove kroz zajedni\u010dke prostorije.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prema istom zakonu, skup\u0161tina stambene zajednice odlu\u010duje o radovima, unapre\u0111enju zajedni\u010dkih delova i ugradnji stvari na njima. Najpre treba proveriti postoje\u0107u instalaciju, odobrenu snagu i istovremenu potro\u0161nju drugih korisnika. <strong>Ako se punja\u010d za elektri\u010dni automobil u zgradi priklju\u010di bez stru\u010dnog prora\u010duna, mo\u017ee do\u0107i do preoptere\u0107enja instalacije, aktiviranja za\u0161tite ili potrebe za pove\u0107anjem priklju\u010dne snage. Tada se tehni\u010dki uslovi proveravaju i sa <a href=\"https:\/\/elektrodistribucija.rs\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/elektrodistribucija.rs\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Elektrodistribucijom Srbije<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posao treba poveriti licenciranom elektroin\u017eenjeru i stru\u010dnom izvo\u0111a\u010du. Produ\u017eni kablovi, improvizovani priklju\u010dci i neza\u0161ti\u0107ene instalacije u gara\u017ei nisu prihvatljivo re\u0161enje<strong>. U ve\u0107im gara\u017eama mo\u017ee se postaviti zajedni\u010dki sistem sa pojedina\u010dnim merenjem i obra\u010dunom za svakog korisnika. <strong>Bez obzira na model, punja\u010d za elektri\u010dni automobil u zgradi ne bi trebalo da koristi zajedni\u010dku struju bez preciznog merenja, jer bi tro\u0161ak zavr\u0161io na ra\u010dunu svih vlasnika.<\/strong> Ako vi\u0161e stanara planira punja\u010de, zgrada mo\u017ee uvesti dinami\u010dko upravljanje optere\u0107enjem. Sistem raspore\u0111uje raspolo\u017eivu snagu i spre\u010dava da svi automobili istovremeno povuku maksimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema za punja\u010de postaje novi standard novogradnje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/energy.ec.europa.eu\/topics\/energy-efficiency\/energy-performance-buildings\/energy-performance-buildings-directive\/sustainable-mobility-and-buildings_en\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/energy.ec.europa.eu\/topics\/energy-efficiency\/energy-performance-buildings\/energy-performance-buildings-directive\/sustainable-mobility-and-buildings_en\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Evropska komisija<\/a> procenjuje da bi do 2030. izme\u0111u 60 i 85 odsto punjenja elektri\u010dnih vozila moglo da se obavlja na privatnim punja\u010dima.
