Stone house in the small fishing village of Baosici, Herceg Novi, on the first line to the sea and a sandy beach. The house consists of 3 floors and has been completely reconstructed in a Mediterranean style with great attention to detail both outside and inside.
The house is furnished with unique handmade pieces of solid wood furniture, while the sanitary ware in the bathroom and kitchen is of English manufacture. A sundial on the facade of the house makes a special impression.
The paved courtyard is surrounded by oleander seedlings on one side and vines on the other, while the frontal landscape is dominated by a sandy beach, one of the most beautiful in this part of the bay.
